- Refill Failure: You experienced a drop in followers within our 30-day refill guarantee period, and we failed to refill them after you submitted a request.
2. 30-Day Refill Guarantee
Please note that our primary solution for follower drops is our 30-day refill guarantee. If your follower count drops within 30 days of your purchase, please contact us with your Order ID, and we will replenish the followers free of charge. A refund request will typically be considered only if our refill attempts fail.
3. When a Refund Will Not Be Issued
We cannot provide a refund in the following situations:
- You Changed Your Mind: We cannot issue a refund if you change your mind after your order has been placed and the delivery has already begun.
- Account Privacy or Ban: We are not responsible and will not issue a refund if your order cannot be delivered because your Twitter account is made **private**, is **deleted**, or is **suspended** by Twitter. Our service is used at your own risk.
